ABOUT US The tradition began in 1991 when Brothers Carlo and Antonio Giovannini opened Trattoria La Strada, utilizing their collective knowledge of running exclusive fine dining restaurants. They combined fifty years of experience to design an elegant and upscale interior and to develop an authentic Tuscan restaurant.
